How the scanning service works

You get a personal scan address in Berlin. Set up a Deutsche Post forwarding order (Nachsendeauftrag) or give the address directly to senders. Incoming letters are opened, scanned in high resolution, and uploaded to your mailbox — with instant notification via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

AI that actually understands German mail

Every scan is OCR-processed, categorized, and summarized. Deadlines in letters from German authorities (Finanzamt, insurance, banks) are detected and highlighted. Letters can be auto-translated from German into English or any other language — built for expats.

What happens to the physical letter?

Your choice: we store originals securely, forward them to any address worldwide (€1.50 per letter plus postage), or shred them GDPR-compliantly. Parcels are accepted too — for pickup in Berlin or forwarding.

Who is it for?

Expats and digital nomads who left Germany but still get German mail, frequent travelers, freelancers, and small businesses that want paperless, centralized mail management with cloud sync to Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox.
