Handling: receiving the parcel at our address, notifying you, storage, photos on request, repacking with protective material and handing it to the carrier. Shipping: exactly what the carrier charges, with no markup. We tell you the real price before the parcel leaves and you approve it.
Carriers price in steps: up to 2 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg and 31.5 kg. A 5.2 kg parcel therefore costs the same as a 10 kg one. If you are just over a step, lighter packaging — or splitting into two shipments — pays off. Very large but light parcels are charged on volumetric weight, which we check before shipping.
Sending four orders separately overseas often costs three times as much as one consolidated box. We collect your parcels, repack them together and you pay shipping once. See our parcel consolidation page for details.
Nothing is due inside the EU. Outside the EU most countries charge import VAT, plus duty depending on the type of goods, on the declared value plus shipping. The carrier collects it on delivery, often with an advancement fee on top. The calculator shows a range — the exact rate depends on what is in the box.
Iran, Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Syria and Cuba are on EU or US sanctions lists. We don't accept those shipments, not even via an intermediate address, because that is exactly the pattern treated as sanctions evasion and it puts payment and carrier accounts at risk.

None inside the EU. Outside the EU it depends on value, not weight: most countries charge import VAT on the declared value plus shipping, and duty on many categories of goods. Outside Europe, budget roughly 15–45% of the declared value, paid by the recipient on delivery.
Yes. Send us the label, we attach it and hand the parcel to the carrier. You then only pay the handling fee.
From 20 kg up to 31.5 kg, handling is €35 instead of €15 because heavy shipments need separate handling and repacking. Above that it becomes freight, which we quote individually.
1–2 working days within Germany, 2–5 within the EU, 3–7 for Europe outside the EU, and 5–15 overseas plus customs clearance. We pack on the day you approve, or the next working day.
Standard parcels include the carrier's liability, usually up to €500. For higher values we can book additional insurance, which the carrier charges separately.
