Order to your German Mailbox address. Every incoming parcel is logged and you get notified. When everything has arrived, let us know — we open the parcels if you want, remove unnecessary boxes, and pack everything securely into one shipment.
International shipping has a base price per parcel. One large shipment instead of five small ones is almost always much cheaper — and repacking often reduces the volumetric weight too.
You don't have to order everything at once. We store your parcels until you're ready. Ideal if you only visit Germany occasionally or want orders from several stores bundled together.

Storage is usually free for up to a month. For longer storage or very large quantities, we agree any fees with you in advance.
Yes, on request. We pack the items into a suitable box and fill empty space with protective material to reduce weight and volume.
